Great game Friday night. I thought we had a good crowd and that the boys put on a good show. Friday night the offense got us started, but it was Big Blue's D that brought it home. We got up 21-0 at half, but then the offense kind of sputttered. We had 340ish total yards, but penalites and a pretty good Algona defense really slowed us down. The defense gave up one drive to the Golden Bears that resulted in a TD, but that was late in the third. The offense did ice the game when we got the ball back with 5:42 left. Just started pounding and getting first downs to finish. I thought the seniors really played well to lead the way. Heyer and Feuchtenberger really did a nice job running the ball. Snyder ran the offense well and the D line was stout. Here is the write up.

Don't know much about Avoca. That happens when we hit the dome, new teams. Looking forward to getting back in the Dome. Has been a couple years since we have been there. Get it done boys. GO BIG BLUE!!
