West Lyon pounds Emmetsburg

Wow, this was a night I have waited for for a long time. Big Blue won 35-7. Let me repeat, 35-7. The E Hawks did not score until there was 11 seconds left. Almost half of their 208 yards came on the last drive against our 3rd team. I remember getting beat bad a few years ago at E town. This was such a switch. Emmetsburg  is going to win some more games this year. Good size, run tough. The big boys up front for West Lyon just kicked butt. Great game boys. Here is the article from Emmetsburg.

We kicked their butt, they had no answer. More work to do though.

So, onto Western Christian. I thought they would be a contender for district this year. I know a couple Western folks who feel this is their year. They had some tough losses but handled Sibley. Seriously folks, this is a group who are throwing the ball all over, and we saw what CL did doing that to us. Let's keep getting better. GO BIG BLUE!!
