West Lyon smacks Unity, gets smacked by Ridge View

Big Blue did a nice job of handling Unity 28-6. The offense still does not scare the heck out of people, but it was more explosive. I thought the defense looked great other than one long run. I don't know what to say about the Ridge View game. We lost 28-14. We were down 21-0 late in the first half until a big kick return and late TD got us to 21-7 at half. Clawed back to 21-14 but Ridge View put us away late. It has been many years since we looked that bad on both sides of the ball. I know we have some injuries, but man, that was ugly. We will see what we can do with a winless HMS Friday night. We are in the playoffs, but it looks like we will have to travel in the first round. Chins up boys, teams are itching for the chance to be the team that takes us out. We will get their best every single game. GO BIG BLUE!!
